The acquisition fits into the strategy of Damiani brothers to invest and develop the brand of luxury and historical, as Damiani, Salvini, Rocca, Calderoni and Pomellato. The family Chimento and Tabacchi, who had acquired Venini in 2001, will remain a shareholder with 40%, and the family Chimento will continue to play its own role in the operating management of the company Damiani assisting in new growth strategies.
